Assessment:



David Lloyd Sports Management does not accept anybody in their High Performance Squad Team and does not consider anybody for a management contract solely based on dvd's, word of mouth, u tube or any other advertising media. Every athlete must go through a "assessment week". The Assessment week is led by Kieron Vorster and his team personally. To start with, you will undergo a series of tests in order to fully assess your physical potential. You will participate in organised tennis matches to test your tactical and mental qualities. This assessment will enable Kieron and his team to make a clear assessment of each individual.

Assessment Week:



You will live at the same rate and rhythm as the "High Performance Squad" at the Academy, you will follow the same training program as any Top Ten Player would and as the aspiring players under our management umbrella.



Program features:



The players taking part in our tennis workshop are living in David Lloyd Sports Management provided Accomadation. Players are two per room and all meals (supervised by our nutritionist) are taken at the Academy.



A team of Academy Social Co-ordinators is also here to supervise all the players making sure their free time is spent having quality time and fun. Please note that we organise extra activities on the week end (Wimbledon, London sightseeing...).



We also provide accomadation for the parent, coach or guardian of the player and transport between airports, train stations and David Lloyd Academies.

Plans for the future:



Due to the personal assessment received on the day of arrival and the progress made throughout the week, you will leave the Academy with the knowledge on how to develop your potential with objectives on a short average and long term basis. Regardless if you are accepted into the "High Performance Squad" or not we will stay in- touch with you giving you guidance and another chance because we know we all develop at our own pace.

To be "Accepted"



If your goal is to join the "High Performance Squad” at the Academy it is paramount to participate in a week for a series of evaluation tests. If your talents are “accepted” you will have the possibility to join the Academy and begin your journey to achieve the maximum of your potential.



At David Lloyd we provide a "one stop shop" for all our players. Coaching, classic education, management and after professional playing career care.



"We take them young and they never leave". Is what we say at David Lloyd.

Because English Language is mostly used in the world of Tennis we made a decision to give this course for free to all our participants enabling them gain more freedom in communicating in the English Language.

For all International Students who need a student visa we will supply all neccessary documents.
